Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of BestGames.cc, run by Adrian Aymont. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

BestGames is a free website for playing browser games. The games are made and hosted by third parties (currently through Playgama) and appear on our pages in an embedded frame. We choose which games to list, but we don't control their content, ads or availability, and games may be added, changed or removed at any time.

Accounts

• You can play without an account. An account, created by signing in with Google, adds synced favourites, recent games, a username and badges.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Google account secure.
• Usernames must not impersonate others, be offensive, or contain personal contact details. We may reset a username that breaks these rules.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

Badges

Badges are cosmetic. They're awarded for activity on BestGames (such as launching games while signed in), not for scores inside games, and have no monetary value. They can't be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for anything.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around its security or rate limits, automating sign-ins or game launches, scraping it at scale, or using it to break the law. We may suspend or delete accounts that do.

Third-party games and services

Games, and any purchases, ads or accounts inside them, are provided by their publishers under their own terms. Sign-in is provided by Google under Google's terms.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it working and the game list accurate, but we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the games on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws ofthe Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
